In Canada findet im August 2008 die zweite Auflage dieses Events statt. Drei Nationen, Canada, U.S.A. und England suchen den schnellsten Street Legal Racer. Gestern kam ein brandneues, kleines Hot Rod Magazin im A5 Format aus Australien per Post reingeflattert.
Chopped is a magazine for traditional hot rod and custom car enthusiasts. Focusing on traditional rods and customs from the 50s and 60s. The magazine will be published three times a year, with the first issue now available.

Da holt man sich den Patriot Jetdragster vom Gerd Habermann Racing Team nach Köln auf einen Schrottplatz, positioniert ein paar Plastikspoiler diverser Reiskocher vor einem Steinquader und lässt das ganze zu einer Skulptur zusammenschmelzen.

Das amerikanische Hot Rod Deluxe Magazin feiert ein Comeback. Nachdem der Titel 1999 wegen mangelnder Anzeigenkunden nach nur zwei Ausgaben eingestellt wurde ist er jetzt zurück! 100% Retro und old-school. Sehr cool und definitiv eine must-have Lektüre für alle Old-schooler!
